Every IT company I dealt with could not keep my system up to date on a monthly basis, their response time was horrible and I would have to stay after hours due to their meager scheduling. This caused me to learn how to fix the problems myself. I have been a service provider for over thirty years with many computers, several office locations and a total of 8 servers. After all, this is my bread and butter and I cannot afford to have computer problems. Need I mention, my building was struck by lightning a few years back and my IT company assured me all my backups were running and I had nothing to worry about. This was not true and $150,000 later I had enough!
So I decided to create HotHeadTech.com to make sure things like this do not happen to your business because in everyday problems arise and your computers should not be one of them. Now, with over twenty-five years of business and IT experience we will make sure your computers are maintained properly and you can rest assure if something were to happen, you could be back up and running in no time.
